A family residence on one of Lagos's most exclusive addresses. The brief called for a house that felt generous without being ostentatious — wide living volumes, a garden that reads as part of the interior, and a pool terrace designed for evening use.

The plan organises the programme around a central courtyard that draws light into every room. Service and private circulation are separated from the first sketch. The result is a house the clients can use in full without ever feeling managed by their own home.

Construction was self-performed and handed over 4 days ahead of programme.
