Innovation Studio Lab was founded on a frustration shared by every owner who has hired a brilliant architect only to hand the project to a contractor who had never seen the brief.

We set out to fix that. One team. One contract. The same people who design your space build it. The same model that designs it runs it.

We work across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use. Projects across Nigeria, West Africa, and globally for BIM and consultancy engagements.
