A 64-key boutique hotel fit-out in the heart of Abuja's diplomatic district. The brief was to create a property that felt neither corporate nor predictably local — somewhere that has its own strong point of view.
Each of the four guest floors has a different material story, connected by a set of recurring gestures: angled joinery, woven panels, and warm terrazzo. The restaurant on the ground floor doubles as the hotel's public draw — its terrace reads from the street as a destination in its own right.
ISL managed the full construction package including FF&E procurement and installation, delivering the completed hotel in 9 months from contract award.
